ReplacementHeadlight.co.uk is a trading name of JC & GD Trading Ltd Company Number 06878015. We are a UK based business and all goods are dispatched by us in the United Kingdom.
We dispatch to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland & Isle of Man). We may dispatch to non UK mainland addresses by request – please email.
Making a PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, chose how you would like to pay and complete the payment process.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders where they are not able to be fulfilled.
Payment and SecurityWe use Sage Pay to collect and process transaction information. (www.sagepay.co.uk/policies/security-policy) This is for your protection and no Debit / Credit card details are ever seen by us nor will they been seen by ReplacementHeadlight.co.uk.
Local Trade Enquiries are also welcomed. There are special rates for bulk orders, please contact us for full details.
We do not accept orders or payments by phone. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. All orders and payments must be processed securely online.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery is within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland & Isle of Man). Our postage and packing costs are dependent on the items in your final order. Please check individual items for postage & packing costs.
P&P is quoted for mainland UK only. P&P may be higher for couriered items if the delivery address is Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland etc. We will contact you in the rare instance that postage costs are going to be higher than those stated online.Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all items same day or next day, depending on time of order. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. Most items will require a signature upon delivery. If a delay in dispatch is expected we will endeavour to advise you of this via email address supplied.Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted providing that we have been informed by email within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned in its original unused condition (resalable condition with packaging still intact) to the specific address that we will provide (please email us for an exchange/return form). This must be done within 2 weeks of the issue of the return/exchange form.
Please note, it is your responsibility to check your mirror unit or cap for correct fitment before having it painted. We are unable to accept painted mirror units or caps for return or exchange.
Incorrectly ordered items will be refunded minus the original postage cost when returned in a saleable condition. Please use our menu’s and descriptions as a guide.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check that the part supplied is correct for their vehicle before attempting to fit. No returns will be accepted on parts that have been damaged while being fitted. You are advised to seek professional help if you are unsure about fitment.
IMPORTANT - For all returns and exchanges you must first contact us via email at sales@ReplacementHeadlight.co.uk. Please state your order number, item for return or exchange and reason for return or exchange. We will then issue you with a returns address which you must return the item to within 2 weeks of the return or exchange request. In the case of exchanges, you will be liable to pay any extra amounts due for the new product (for example if a larger size carries a higher cost) and you may also be charged for re-dispatch. You will be informed of any charges before we proceed with the exchange.ReplacementHeadlight.co.uk are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us and we will not refund or exchange returned items that become lost. The customer is therefore advised to send returns via recorded or special delivery or any other manner that ensures the parcel is guaranteed to arrive, tracked or covered for the full cost of the item(s).
